Summary: Bees are the quintessential example of our love-hate relationship with insects. On one hand, they give us honey. On the other, they sting like Hell when mad. Now someone has weaponized a deadly breed. Drat.

History: H.W. Manfred, hoping to make a particularly infamous name for himself, has recently bred a new strain of killer bees. He has developed a pheromone (he calls it the "Smell of Fear") that, if smeared on anywhere, will act as a beacon for the bees to sting to oblivion. He also controls them by using the high-pitched noise of a death's head moth to control them. And man, are they good at assassination.

Notable Kills: Getting swarmed by bees is NEVER pretty, especially if it's fatal.

Final Fate: After being tormented by Manfred for so long, the bees waste no time stinging him to death when he's tricked into heading their direction. Then the house gets lit on fire and they all perish.

Powers/Abilities: Enhanced stinging.

Weakness: Anything conventional, as well as that irratating moth noise.

Scariness Factor: 4-A swarm of bees is the last thing anyone wants to encounter. And while crappy blue-screen sullies the experience a bit, there's no denying that those deaths were painful as Hell.

Trivia: -This film was based on a 1941 novel called "A Taste for Honey".

-The film's director blames his film's bad performance on the fact that he wrote it for the then-unavailable actors Christopher Lee and Boris Karloff.
